Entries will be accepted on race day. However, entries will close 30 minutes before the start of each race. Entries on race day may not receive a recorded time.

All race enquiries to 6430 5717.

Assembly is at least 15 minutes prior to the start and all events will start promptly. Warm up by jogging and stretching legs, arms and trunk to avoid muscle strain.

For consideration of your child's safety all children must be 5 years or over to compete.

7 & Under Girls - start at 11.00am - 1km
10 & Under Girls - start at 11.50am - 2km
13 & Under Girls - start at 12.50pm - 3km

7 & Under Boys - start at 11.30am - 1km
10 & Under Boys - start at 12.15pm - 2km
13 & Under Boys - start at 1.20pm - 3km

Our state-of-the-art DAG timing system offers a disposable number. Your race number will automatically record your finishing time by a computer. The number is completely disposable and does not need to be returned.

Medallions can be engraved FREE of charge on race day or at The Burnie Trophy Centre, Plaza Arcade Burnie, the week following the race.

Standard Entry (Sep 4 - Oct 1) $18

Late entries (Oct 2 - 24) $22

RACE NUMBERS & DAG TIMING SYSTEM:

Race numbers and DAG Timing device will be posted to all entries otherwise they can be collected on race day. Race numbers MUST be pinned to the front of your t-shirt/singlet. Runners not displaying the race number and sponsors logos will not have their time recorded. Entries on race day may not receive a recorded time.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:

All entries received before September 3 will go into the draw to win a 3 month family membership at HealthGlo (not transferable).

ONLINE EARLY BIRD:

Everyone entering online will go in the draw to win a $300 voucher from SportFirst in Burnie.

RANDOM PRIZES:

All participants in each category who enter prior to race day will go in the draw to win one of six bikes courtesy of CAT Underground Mining.

REFRESHMENTS:

All participants will receive a free bottle of Mount Franklin water at the completion of race.
