Entries will be accepted on race day. However, entries will close 30 minutes before the start of each race. Entries on race day may not receive a recorded time.

All race enquiries to 6430 5717.

Assembly is at least 15 minutes prior to the start and all events will start promptly. Warm up by jogging and stretching legs, arms and trunk to avoid muscle strain.

For consideration of your child's safety all children must be 5 years or over to compete.

7 & Under Girls - 1km - start at 11.15am
10 & Under Girls - 2km - start at 12.05pm
13 & Under Girls - 3km - start at 1.05pm

7 & Under Boys - 1km - start at 11.45am
10 & Under Boys - 2km - start at 12.30pm
13 & Under Boys - 3km - start at 1.35pm

Our timing system offers a disposable number. Your race number will automatically record your finishing time by a computer. The number is completely disposable and does not need to be returned.

Medallions can be engraved FREE of charge on race day or at The Burnie Trophy Centre, Plaza Arcade Burnie, the week following the race.

FREE LAP FOR LITTLIES - NEW FOR 2011

Children from 0-4 years are invited to join their parents on a lap around the oval at the beginning of the event. You MUST register for insurance purposes at the marshalling tent on the western side of the ground prior to 10:30am for a 11:00am start. No race numbers will be issued.

RACE NUMBERS & DAG TIMING SYSTEM

Race numbers and your Timing device will be posted to all entries otherwise they can be collected on race day. Race numbers MUST be pinned to the front of your t-shirt/singlet. Runners not displaying the race number and sponsors logos will not have their time recorded. Entries on race day may not receive a recorded time.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

All entries received before October 2 will go into the draw to win a 3 month Family Membership at HealthGlo Burnie valued at over $1,000.

ONLINE PRIZE DRAW

Everyone entering online will go in the draw to win a $300 voucher from SportFirst in Burnie.

WIN A BIKE

All participants in each category who enter prior to race day will go in the draw to win one of six bikes courtesy of CAT Underground Mining. You must be in attendance at the draw to win.  The 7 and under & 10 and under will be drawn at 1:00pm and under 13 and under at 2:00pm.

WIN A LAPTOP BY SIGNING UP A FRIEND*

Engage in healthy participation and sign up a friend who has not participated in the B&E321-GO kids race before and you go in the draw to win a laptop computer. * Prior participation will be checked.

$500 RANDOM DRAW FOR PARENTS

Win a $500 voucher at Blue Print Lighting.  This prize will be won by one lucky entrant’s mum, dad or care giver and will be drawn after the last race. Must be in attendance to win.

$1,200 WORTH OF SCHOOL PRIZES

The school with the highest participation rate (number of students/school) will share in $1,200 of sporting goods.  The top 3 schools from Burnie and top 3 from outside Burnie will share the prizes.

IPOD RANDOM DRAWS FOR 13 YR OLDS

All competitors 13 years of age will go in a random draw to win 1 of 4 iPODS, 2 for Girls and 2 for boys and a special gift bag.  Winners must be in attendance to win.

MEDALLIONS & GOODIES BAG

All runners finishing the B&E 321-GO receive a commemorative medallion and goodies bag. Medallions can be engraved FREE of charge on race day or at The Burnie Trophy Centre, Plaza Arcade Burnie, the week following the race.

REFRESHMENTS

All participants will receive a free bottle of Mount Franklin water at the completion of race.
